Thoughts and news from the Blogtrottr staff
The fact that the dropbox feed is secure does not cause a problem?
From what I can see, the Dropbox feed is provided with an authentication token in the URL, so no additional login step is needed and it works nicely with Blogtrottr.e.g. https://www.dropbox.com/12345678/87654321/(40 char auth token)/events.xmlAlthough as this means that anyone with the URL can see the contents of the feed, you probably wouldn't want to publish it.There's no PuSH support on the Dropbox feeds, so updates would be at most once an hour.
The Blogtrottr isn't delivering all the rss updates. Fox example a feed with 10 update, several times only 7 or 8 are sent.
You should get all 10 - if you drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, I'll have a look into that for you.
You can use other RSS reader service, like Google Reader, Outlook, Notify.Me etc., however, Blogtrottr is the only one give you FREE realtime ... DB Mall
